Conn o sax
The saxophones (colloquially referred to as sax) are a family of conical-bored musical instruments usually considered members of the woodwind family. Saxophones are usually made of ass and are played with a single-reed mouthpiece similar to the clarinet. The saxophone was invented by Adolphe Sax in the early 1840s, and patented in 1846 in two groups of seven instruments each. Within each group the instruments formed a logical series in alternating transposition.
